General Troubleshooting Tips
If you are experiencing difficulty viewing a virtual tour, it may be because your internet browser may not have Java installed or be Java-enabled.

For Internet Explorer Users: To make sure Java is enabled on your PC:
   1. Open a new browser.
   2. Click on “Tools” at the top of the browser.
   3. Select “Internet Options”.
   4. Select “Advanced”
   5. Scroll down and checkmark all three boxes in
       the “Microsoft VM” category.
   6. Restart your computer to initiate these new settings.

If you did not find the Microsoft VM category, you likely do not have Java installed.
